(Drums) - Coming from the mountains of Colorado, Michaels love for music began at a early age. He first picked up a instrument in 4th grade, sawing away on a violin. Fifth Grade brought the Clarinet. First discovering rock and roll on MTV at the tender age of six, and playing in school band, music has always been a part of his life. Michael also enjoys the heavier stuff as well. Lets just say he was the only one allowed behind the kit at school events! First playing drums in his high school band, Michael played with a few musicians all around Colorado playing a variety of music. But unfortunately none of those every really clicked and a lot flaked! Recently Michael picked up the bass and started plucking away. While he didnt have access to a drum kit, he never let that itch go away and kept air drumming away. Michael has a wide range of influences. Some favorite bands include Slipknot, Megadeth, Exodus, Avenged Sevenfold, Judas Priest, Green Day, Foo Fighters, Twisted Sister and Def Leppard! Michael also enjoys other artists such as Dream Theater, Bee Gees, And even Fleetwood Mac! Recently moved to Washington, Michael had a a lot of hit and misses with Craigslist ads. Besides his passion for Music, Michael enjoys Movies, video games, concerts, classic cars, motorcycles, camping, and Swimming! its been a couple years but he's back behind the kit and ready to rock!
David "Doc" began his musical career goofing around on his parent's guitars and learning classical methods. Then he moved to Pullman for collegiate pursuits, somewhat against his will. The first thing of importance he did was to cash in all of his high school graduation money for a drum set. There, he proceeded to drive the whole dorm crazy at WSU learning how to play drums and would often receive death threats. After a year, he flunked out of WSU and came back home to study computers and drinking at CBC. He excelled at both. The neighborhood would later send around a petition to try and remove his drumming from the vicinity. But it didn't work. He only got louder.Doc's first band was Morningwood, but he got kicked out just before their first show. For playing too loud and wild. His next band would be Simplycid. They went through a couple of band member transitions and played a few local shows. After that, he moved on to play drums for the punk band "Showgun Fiesta". But punk bands rarely stay together. They managed to get in 3 shows before exploding. After that Doc would spend many years honing his drumming and music sensibilities. But he was never really satisfied with just pounding on stuff. Unfortunately, he had no desire to play guitar solos either. So he was stuck. Then after a freak longboard accident he messed up his hand and no longer could play guitar. His hand couldn't form the chord shapes. So he went to Ed&Mo's pawn shop and bought a super cheap bass and Amplifier. He fell in love instantly. With this new instrument he could combine the alluring rhythms of the drums with the tonal abundance of a guitar. He realized that had always been meant to play the bass. But he wasn't sure what to do next. So he consulted a local bass player virtuoso (lets call him Justin....because that's his name). Justin said "Learn a lot of Greenday". And so that's what he did. Turns out, other people wanted to play Greenday too. So they formed a band. The Undisclosed. Slightly modified from a previous incarnation.
(Drums - Percussionist) At a very early age, an older cousin came home one day with a bright red, sparkle drum set. Even though Glenn was only 5 years old, he was hooked from that moment. Although, he didn't have his own set in his early years, Glenn learned the very basics by assembling cardboard boxes and can lids, his poor parents ears! But all that raw experience as well as the pure desire to play - was enough to get him into band class in middle school. By High School he had honed his skills, got his own real drum set and was in high demand! The very first band he played in was called "Whiteline" but has some fond memories of other various bands like - 4 Rivers band and Vicky & the Velvetones - who played around town and in every other garage near you. Glenn has played all genres - from Country and Classic Rock to even playing in some blues bands. His influences come from all the historical greats, such as Ginger Baker, Todd Sucherman, Buddy Rich, Neil Peart, Tommy Aldridge, Keith Moon and John Bonham. So let's fast forward to this century and decade - a proud parent, still leading a successful career, remembering a dusty drum set (or two), suddenly he finds a few minutes to post some info on a random music profile page only to mount the throne again, to be scooped up and now playing for the boy's at Undisclosed! Favorite drummer quote, "You don't want to play like anybody else, You only want to play like you" - Buddy Rich
(Lead Guitar -Backing Vocals) An ancient Texan legend speaks of a child raised deep in the wilds of the piney woods region. Early in his life, this hyperactive youth called Graves developed a passion for two things: music and attention. And art. Three things. Music, attention, and art. Oh, and also pizza. So that's four things I guess. This has already gotten out of hand. After Graves discovered a talent for learning songs as a teenager, he spent years pouring himself into learning any and all music he could, regardless of the genre. This led to him discovering a style that is all his own. A versatile and improvisational guitarist, Graves is comfortable on stage and brings energy to every show he plays. Some people say that if you listen closely you can still hear the sound of his guitar to this day... just check the event schedule. .
(Bass Guitar, Lead and Backing Vocals, Guitar, Ukulele) Background: As a military child, Sarah has traveled all over (Japan, Australia, Italy, Hawaii and more), rarely without a guitar. Inevitably, settling here in Washington where her dad retired. When not rocking out - she's managing software testing at Microsoft (she's pretty freakin'cool). But don't blame her for Microsoft's spell check features not correcting her name (if you spell it 'Sara').. We are on our own to spell it right in the first place! Sarah has been playing bass guitar since the year 2000. Her bass guitar endeavors really started in early Y2K when she was introduced to Blink 182's album "Enema of The State". Soon after, she found herself primarily being into pop-punk, or as she calls "Turn of the century punk” - (Blink 182, Simple Plan, Bowling for Soup). Although she dabbles in 80s music, (Journey, The Cars and Foreigner) as well as alternative rock, (bands like: Taking Back Sunday, Daughtry and The Fray) she spent some time with a Classic Rock group at RMI (Robert's Music Institute). Their focus was more about music from The Eagles, Tom Petty and the like.
(Bass Guitar, Backing Vocals) – From even in his early years, Jeff studied music. He joined orchestra, played bass brass instruments and even performed in the marching band in the West Texas schools he attended. In high school, his music interest shifted into learning guitar. He played for several jazz, country and rock bands - including the “Fresh Recruits”. At that time, his friends ditched his first name and started called him “Redman” (based on his last name) and the nickname sticks with him to this day. Later, he joined the Nuclear Navy and after a six year enlistment, “Redman” completed his term with a degree in nuclear engineering and quickly found himself in the Seattle area with a great job, lots of equipment and the motivation to rock out and perform. Inspired by many bands, but most significantly: the two-man band “Royal Blood” where the bassist uses modern polyphonics to produce unique rock guitar sounds. This inspiration brought bass guitar into Jeff’s already extensive repertoire and now the opportunity to exercise it with us! .
(Drums / Percussionist) Background: Music and Sports fan, Linda is new to the great northwest since 2015, loves to play tennis and is brand new to the Undisclosed. Raised in the Bay area (CA), Linda was a guitarist turned drummer. Although she always had a passion for music, especially rock - got serious about guitar right after high school. Even playing in an all female country band. However, drums were always her first passion. In Junior High, she'd put her books on her bed, pretending that they were drums using butter knives as sticks while listening to the radio. In the early 90's, a decision to switch to the drums resulted in no regrets! Having some great drum teachers along the way and being pursued by various bands, including an all female "Mommy Punk Band" called "Placenta" from Oakland, CA. The band appeared with an article and photo in the Entertainment section of the USA Today (that was too cool). Since then, she's been beatin' the hell out of the drums ever since. Influenced by by the British Invasion, 60's greats and the early 90's alternative scene, her favorite bands include: Queen, Sweet, Deep Purple, Jimmy Hendrix, David Bowie and Early Nirvana. Drummer favorites: Roger Taylor (Queen), Clem Burke (Blondie), Joe Hamilton (Aerosmith), Tre Cool (Green Day). Pet Peeves: People with negative attitudes.
(Bass Guitar) - Rain / Sleet / Hail or Sunshine, Bob can be found on one of the many disc golf courses in the area. As a member of the PDGA #31926, he actively explores the Northwest playing in tournaments. Being a closet musician for over thirty years, Robert generally never has or had time to commit to playing in a band. However, in 2013 he played in the Feelgood Band and actually managed to get kicked out two times. The second time he was accompanied with the drummer (since they both wanted to rock out instead). In January of 2015, Bob finds Paul - after a few jams, decides to step of the basement and give this another try! Influences: Rush, Red Hot Chili Peppers, STP, Foo Fighters, Thin Lizzy, Lynard Skynard, Nugent, Montrose and AC/DC (specifically with Bon Scott).
(Drums / Percussionist) Background: Vince's drumming career started in the 1980’s playing with club/dance/party bands. Career highlights include beating Queensryche in a battle of the bands, opening for Heart on 2 separate occasions and recording 4 records with a band called InReach. 2 of these records were with a major label out of Nashville. InReach was on the same record label as The Newsboys who now sell out Key Arena. We toured a lot with The Newsboys in 90’s and opened for many of the top Christian artists in that era.
(Drums) - Background: After seeing a 3 piece band perform as a child, Steve knew he wanted to play drums. In an effort to curb him from the percussion field, his parents made a deal stating if he started with the foundation of classic piano, they would buy him a drum set. After years of playing...Steve completed his end of the bargain. His parents then scored a super low end drum set as a last ditch effort to turn him off to drumming, but that only fueled the fire to play louder and harder on the skins. Today Steve now rocks the finest in Gretch woods! While serving our country in the US Navy, Steve caught the performance bug. When he was a part of a power trio onboard his assigned ship, the USS Ranger and played his first ever live gig in the Philippines! This created a solid foundation for a career in music! His first working bands, The Stairs(Federal Way) and Escape(Olympia) gave him the opportunity to tour the PNW and West Coast and from that point it was on! Steve also has extensive experience in Production and Stage Management gained while working for the rock band, The Boneshakers from VA, Beach, VA for as their LD(Lighting Director) and Stage Manager for 6 years... Currently Steve has a Career (14 years) with the State of Washington. Although Steve took quite long break between musical gigs, his desire and hunger to play has lead him straight into "The Undisclosed"!
(Percussion) - Background: From a toddler to present, Stu has capitalized on the 52 card arena and with the stretched skins over rounded objects we call drums today. After an 8 year sabbatical, Stuart joins up with Paul in the southern Seattle area from a random ad on craigslist.org. With his 4 limb coordinational gift he brings authenticity to the Undisclosed sound. After only a few weeks of practice, Stu performs a show with confidence and enthusiasm. Influenced by the genre within the current set lists, we will definitely move forward!
(Percussion) - Background: From middle school to the present, comes a hard hitting drummer from the East coast. Dave was the original drummer as well as one of the three founding members of "Vinyl Rhino", a successful cover band out of Baltimore, MD. He played with them for over 2 years gigging all over the Maryland area including Washington D.C.. Later, having moved to the west coast for a gainful career opportunity, he now resides in the Seattle area and was a founding member of an original band, "Casualties of Pleasure" as well as founding the project, "Eleven Hudson" (named after his son, "Hudson" born in 2011). After recording six songs, some well earned musical "time off" was in line to start a family. Now, with a successful career and blossoming family, support came from his beautiful wife who reminded him of how truly happy he was when he is actually playing drums (not that he wasn't already happy), but suggested that he should get back into it. This resulted in a random ad that turned into a great audition, and now into a full force band effort to kick some @$$! Thus, reviving him of his undeniable talent and passion to play music, lucky us...lucky you!
(Bass) - Background: Dan is a Northwest native, predominantly in the north Everett area. His resume includes an extensive history with music, stemming from the six string endeavor. As a vocalist and lead guitarist, he played for 6 years in a Blue oyster Cult tribute band called, "Agents Of Fortune". Later, to continue in a cover band called, "Junior Woody" (among other names) for the next nine years. They played the Seattle metropolis until 2013 when the band abruptly split up, leaving Dan available to try new things. So, during a so called 'sabbatical' from his constructive career, Dan went back to school and later decided to look for something new, finding four strings to add to his music arsenal.
(Bass Guitar) - Background: Heavy Guitar background in various genre's. Riff has played in a number of bands in the area. After lot's of hard work to catch up to our program, Riff managed to perfect the songs and play a show with us. Inevitably, the distance for practice taxed the enthusiasm and last we heard, he is playing in a classic rock band in the southern area.
(Percussion, backing Vocals) - Background: From Piano to drums, Tony comes from a diverse music background. Although, leaving the band scene after high school, he opted to start his own company. After much success, one day (about four years ago), he realized that he missed music and browsed some ads on craigslist.com...there was Bucks ad...for a drummer. The ad motivated him to reply with enthusiasm. Currently, off and on for two years, Tony has been playing killer drums, from a 4 man band, with various guitarist and bassists to even a 2 man power rock band with Buck. Tony's preferred genre is generally heavier than the rest, the double bass pedal applies to hard hitting heavy rock/metal..you'll see his awesome compromise on how he brings this modern style into the originals and with the cover songs (making them much better than the original)
(Bass) - Background: Very proficient lead guitarist from back in the day when studying scales was the key to success. Mikey brought some great sound to us during the short period. Previously, he was in the band "SeaCity Dolls" which did some touring in the Seattle area and the pinnacle was a gig in Hawaii. He joined Undisclosed briefly as a Bass and as Lead Guitarist. Eventually, his family lined up new employment and home in the Tri cities, Wa.
(Bass) - Background: Having been in music his whole life, Doug leaned toward the lower frequency productions of the large stringed instruments. Originally, the Undisclosed started a second band effort of which Doug was slated for. Although he was engaged in original music development with a friend, he had some time to practice with us, inevitably covering for Sarah when she was not available.
(Percussion Specialist, Major Vocals) - Background: - Drummer Extraordinaire, grew up in the North Seattle area. Phil brings serious fills, backing and lead vocals into the Undisclosed game. Emulates many popular singers including Bon Scott (a tough one to do). Played in several hundred bands in the area such as; High Rock, Speedway, The Fil-T-Rich Band and The Red, White and Blues band. He's watched Seattle grow from dirt roads to paved roads and traveled in covered wagons. After fighting of the wagon burners, grew up in vintage / classic cars and Harley Davidsons, yes Vintage and Customs. Studied percussion and jazz ensomble through Carmine Appice and Billy Cobham to mention a few of the greats. Now into percussions and various other instruments after years of formal study of music theory.
(Bass Guitar) - Background: Starting at the age of 7 , Chris took classical piano lessons for 6 years until a friend showed him Edward Van Halen's 2 handed "hammer-on" tapping technique. He decided to teach himself guitar , deeming it "much cooler" than keyboards at that juncture. Having a decent ear and the ability to read music , he also started learning the bass to help out a fellow band mate who was starting out around the same time. He didn't fully commit to the 4 string till 1991 , when he couldn't find any bassists to work with. A veteran of the Seattle club scene at the end of the Grunge era, Chris was 1/3 of Bubba's Underground Music . The band released a CD "May I Introduce You To The Real World" in 1998 , and had recorded material for 4 more . He was a sideman for Melanie Fernandi and Marvin Glover, and a session musician for Contact Create Studios and CriticalSun Records. He often sites John Taylor of Duran Duran as his first bass hero. Geddy Lee (RUSH), Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Mark King (Level 42) and Led Zepplin's John Paul Jones are also inspirations on his subsonic endeavors. Although he's been known to rip an occasional guitar solo, Chris is happiest holding down the fort with his trusty blue Music Man Sterling. Chris moved on to another original only project.
(Percussion) - Background: Growing up on "Rock Band", her friends and family noticed that she had a talent for drums and fills. Having the ambition, Kim purchased her own set and began practicing. Later, her ambition lead her to find Paul's ad for an additional drummer. The Lefty picked up quickly on the genre she was already familiar with. Later, disappearing into the world of music somewhere after we last heard she was dating someone from Guitar Center...Hmmm, hope she lets us know how she is!
(Bass Guitar, Drums, Backup Vocals) - A product of Catholic schooling (no, no plaid here),mixed in with a youthful south end psychedelic upbringing. Offering up years of experience, most recently from the band "Mugwump" Yes, “Mugwump” - Look it up it's a real word and a real band that performed hundreds of songs in the Seattle area during the course of their existence. But now Larry is bringing his solid rhythm and bass lines, along with back-up vocals (since he can harmonize with ease while playing) over to the undisclosed. Currently, he calls himself a manic depressive drummer and as a 2 finger guitarist, finds himself holding the bottom end of the four string frequency range for us, even after recovering from several episodes of G.A.S….a very serious ailment of which Buck now finds himself suffering from. Although this means, you’ll get to benefit from this syndrome!
(Bass and Lead guitar) Troy brought string skills to the Undisclosed for a while. As having a very proficient ear for specific effects, he brought authenticity to the table. During the period of the cover set list, Troy added much of the missing sounds while Paul and Tony were on their own. Later, Troy currently sought full time employment and is now very busy.
(Lead Guitar, Bass) Erfan was a very prominent lead guitarist. His heart was really in what I call 'melodic metal' but he managed to put in a great lead guitar spin on some of our less intricate covers. At age 18, he could mop up the floor with ear bleeding solo's. His enthusiasm and stage presence still echos in our performances. Evenutally, he moved out on his own and is now in the Marines. We support him.
(Lead Guitar) - Background: Original Guitarist that Paul started with with when he first moved to Seattle. Meeting from a generic ad on a now defunct website called, "www.seattlemusician.com", Paul was introduced to a few other musicians. A very fun development during the early time frame of this initial project that produced this website in 2005. Ultimately a very humourous but band fatality argument happened between Norm and a long time friend who was then playing drums (barefoot on a Gretsch set may I add, only to borrow Paul's phone for a cab and pack his drumset into the cab...vanishing forever. After this, Norm closed his guitar repair business, after finding full time employment.
